The bags make easy work of icing or filling cupcakes or pastries, especially when a recipe calls for bright colours or sticky consistencies that make cleaning regular bags a challenge.

To use, roll down the opening of the bag and fill it to its peak. Push the icing or other mixture to the end of the bag using a spatula or similar utensil, ensuring no air bubbles. The peak can be snipped to fit nozzles, or use without. Close the bag by twisting the opening.
