The Global Paring Knife 9cm GS-38 provides versatility and style in food preparation, made according to Global Knives' superior standards. Global knives are made from CrMoVa 18 stainless steel - ice-tempered and hardened to HRC 56-58, making them resistant to rust, stains and corrosions while retaining razor sharp edges that are double ground at 15 degrees, for longer. Inspired by Japanese samurai swords, Global knives are perfectly weighed and feature a unique, seamless construction. The knives have hollow stainless steel handles.
