In its extremely wide variety of models, the Suzuki jimmy has been off-roading since the 1970S. Originally equipped with extremely small engines, the power of the Type has grown considerably while the bodies have stayed similar. By the Ja11 version, the Jimmy had matured into a full-fledged off-roader with a robust engine, quality construction, and a body style that hearkened back to the originals while conveying modern appeal.
